Job Description

• Location:Failsworth, M35
• Days available: 5 days including 1 day at the weekend.
• Vacancy type : Permanent
• Pay: Minimum Wage + Commission (OTE £25k - £35k) We pay every 4 weeks

We have an exciting opportunity for a retail sales assistant to join our growing business.

The Role

The chosen candidates will be joining our happy sales team in our brand new showroom based in Failsworth, Manchester. The job will entail maintaining standards throughout the store and guiding customers to their desired products. The job is commission based but the way we sell is relaxed and not pushy. The aim is to make sure the customers experience whether purchasing or not is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible and they leave the store with a smile on their face. We go above and beyond for every customer.

This role will require you to have a can-do attitude and to be able to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service - Ensure we always understand our customers’ needs
• Product Knowledge - Providing detailed information about our products to customers
• Replenishing Stock - Maintaining high standards throughout your department
• Merchandising - Following guidelines to make sure products are displayed correctly

• Determination to succeed - We need you to be enthusiastic and have the desire to learn and the hunger to earn yourself as much commission as possible.
